Live-in Rehabilitation Care

Together with our partner, an occupational therapy-led care company called Sunday Care Therapy, we are able to provide Live-in care in your home with a professional live-in rehab carer living with you to provide ongoing, 24/7 support. Live-in rehab care can help you regain your independence after a hospital stay or help you get home after a respite stay in a care home.

Live in Rehab Care

Our exceptional partnership brings together the expertise of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy to provide live-in care from a therapy perspective. Our unique approach and elevated care are based on our very own Rehab Care Philosophy, with our carers being trained at the highest professional standard.

For 8 weeks our Rehab Carers stay with you and you receive the support of a weekly home visit session from one of our Physiotherapists. Each day our Rehab Carers will help you not only with your daily care tasks, but also your exercises and mobility practice so that you get the opportunity to improve your strength and independence every day. Our unique blend of therapy and rehab care could help reduce your long-term care costs, and regain your strength and independence.
