3.4 Marketing & Advertising Cookies

Healthcare note. We do not use advertising cookies to target people based on health conditions, medical history or any other sensitive personal data. Our advertising is limited to general awareness of our services.

3.5 Video
One page carries a client testimonial hosted on YouTube. Until you accept, the video is not loaded at all — you will see a placeholder in its place. If you choose to accept and play it, YouTube sets its own cookies (such as VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE and YSC) to remember playback settings and measure views. Those cookies are set by YouTube, not by us, and are covered by Google’s own privacy policy.
The main video on our home page is hosted on our own website and sets no cookies.
4. Google Consent Mode and What Happens Before You Choose
We use Google Consent Mode v2. When you arrive, the Google tags load, but every storage permission is set to denied until you make a choice. In practice that means no analytics or advertising cookies are placed on your device, and nothing is read from it.
If you accept, those permissions are granted, the cookies listed below are set, and measurement works normally.
If you decline, no cookies are ever set and no identifiers are stored. Google still receives an anonymous signal that a page was viewed — with no cookie, no identifier and nothing that can be traced back to you — which it uses only to estimate overall totals. We have also enabled advertising data redaction, so when advertising consent is refused, advertising identifiers are stripped from those signals before they are sent.
We do not use URL passthrough, so no advertising click identifiers are ever added to the links you follow on this website.
