Sarah has a strong passion for rehabilitation, particularly in supporting older adults with complex health needs. With extensive experience across community, outpatient and inpatient settings – most recently within a large charitable end of life organisation – she brings a compassionate, person-centred approach to her work. Over the past several years, Sarah has focused on enhancing the quality of life for patients in the last three years of life. She works closely with individuals and their families to help them maintain function, independence, and dignity. Her approach is rooted in collaboration and meaningful goal-setting, ensuring that care is aligned with what truly matters to each person.

Interesting fact:

Sarah has discovered a new passion for combining her love of a challenge with fundraising for charitable causes. Most recently, she has taken on hot and sweaty endurance events, including cycling 500km across Kenya and trekking across Vietnam.
