Helen has nearly two decades of experience in physiotherapy. She has worked across many different fields of physiotherapy including trauma and orthopaedics, musculoskeletal out-patients and obstetrics. She is passionate about delivering high quality physiotherapy to all. Her roles have also included working as the service improvement manager and as a clinical lead for physiotherapy services in an NHS hospital. Helen especially enjoys helping patients with complex polytraumas complete their ongoing goals once they are back at home.

Helen loves to keep active and can often be found teaching exercise classes, hiking, sailing or running around after her children.
