Dom has around 15 years of experience in physiotherapy and has worked across a wide variety of settings, including the NHS, professional football, and the MOD, gaining invaluable experiences from each. In recent year he has focused on private practice. Dom’s experience includes musculoskeletal outpatients, with dedicated time in upper limb, lower limb and spinal teams, hydrotherapy, acute injuries, trauma, orthopaedics, as well as paediatrics, and women’s health. To further establish a broad knowledge base, he has also worked in oncology, stroke rehabilitation, respiratory care and intensive care units, giving him a well-rounded approach that considers the whole person and can cater for more complex presentations.

“Whether I’m working with athletes, weekend warriors, those recovering from surgery, or just   somebody who lacks confidence to train, my treatment plans are rooted in the latest evidence-based practices. I modify my approach for each client’s needs and abilities, understanding everyone has their own understanding and methods to recovery and performance improvement.”
