Qualification: BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, PGDip Veterinary Physiotherapy, MCSP, HCPC registered.

After completing her degree, Anya chose to specialise in Community Physiotherapy. Working within her local NHS community therapy team, she has gained extensive experience and developed a deep understanding of the wide range of conditions seen in community care. She has a particular interest in falls prevention, supporting the rehabilitation and independence of those in the community and working in care homes.

Empowering people to be able to make improvements is hugely rewarding, and I love being able to work holistically with patients, aiming to understand what is important to them and how we can best help”.
Interesting fact:
Anya is also a Veterinary physiotherapist and so can also be found treating horses and dogs. She used to compete professionally in Showjumping but now enjoys riding as a hobby, as well as cycling and walking.
