Physiotherapy for Home Care Providers

The Caring Physio has been working with Home care Providers to ensure that we are able to support your clients live a healthy and independent life as possible. We believe that every person should have the right to stay at home for as long as possible.

As a specialised in both home visit physiotherapy and working with carers in the care sector, we have the expertise and knowledge to support home care providers in ensuring their clients remain safe, active and independent at home.

How can we help?

1. Providing problem-based moving and handling training to your carers, enabling them to keep their clients mobile and independent.

2. You can refer your clients to our private home visit physiotherapy service if you are concerned about a deterioration in their physical condition. This can help prevent hospital admissions and deduce escalating care needs that could cause them to need nursing care.

3. We work closely with Occupational Therapists and can help signpost you to the right NHS or private services, for example if you need some specialist moving and handling equipment or a seating assessment for a more suitable chair.

4. We can make sure you are receiving the correct amount of care, potentially saving the client money on unnecessary double handed care.
